We collect, retain, and use individual customer information ONLY when we reasonably believe it would be useful, and allowable by law, to administer to our business needs in providing products, services and other opportunities to our customers.

We do not reveal customer account or other personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except for the exchange of information with reputable reporting agencies to maximize the accuracy and security of the information or in the performance of bona fide corporate due diligence. 4. The customer has been informed about the possibility of disclosure among South Georgia Bank affiliated companies for marketing or similar purposes through a prior communication and is given the opportunity to decline.
